Alterego is the only class for which we don’t have class advantage (Kama doesn’t count since she is ST), so you either need berserkers (Musashi) or neutral loopers: among them of course Gong and Space Ishtar have the highest damage and as you’ll see that damage is just enough for my run (since I have NP1 Isthar).
Despite all I’ve said about damage, since the mobs have multi-hitting attacks this CQ is easier when it comes to refund (using Gong taunt): in particular this is a full clear 5 slot setup, the best you can get without a CE drop while farming (I’m still at zero drops).
In particular the RNG is for Ishtar to get attacked AT LEAST 2 times (50% chance) on turn 1 to refill her NP bar. The next turn we can use Gong taunt to refill his NP and a CS on Isthar.
Ishtar S3 must buff both Arts & Buster to reduce RNG for damage at NP1. Remember to also save her NP for last on turn 1 to get more NP damage from overcharge (there is just a minimal RNG to kill the first wave at NP1).
The swap in AoE DPS with 50% charge + lv1 append must help NP1 Ishtar with damage: Drake buffs last only one turn sadly but it’s the best buffer I have. The best option would be Nero Caster (her S3 on Isthar) while the second best option is another Space Ishtar funnily enough 😆.
Here we also actively use Ishtar NP change to Buster to use Gong S3 on her for more damage (30% extra card buff) since at NP1 she kills Kiara only on average even with Gong Buster buff. If instead you have NP2 Ishtar with chocolate bonus then you’ll always kill Kiara which by the way has Beast attribute so Ishtar Star attribute actually matters here!
I was just unlucky this run to not land the 50% RNG on Ishtar damage with all the resets I had. Since I already used my CS, Kingprotea gets to live today.
POINTS EFFICIENCY: I’ve simplified the efficiency analysis at the beginning of the video, using a table instead of an equation (I still like more the insightful method compared to the raw computational one of making a table of values so I’ll put it at end just in case😁).
Regarding my previous setups back then I didn’t have the extra event CE to use (I was farming with natural AP to get them from the shop before the lv90+ node opened) so I’ve always opted to clear all enemies, because that was the most efficient way without extra event CE.
As always, I assumed you can use one Command Spell (only one): since you’ll get it back the next day you should definitely use it to stockpile some extra Event Points.
CAREFUL: The number of Event CEs, the order of servants in the party and skills usage is DIFFERENT each day, so check the tips in the video carefully.
SUPER LOCK-ON CHOCOLATE: I used my second Super Lock-On Chocolates on Ishtar and Gong, so without them Ishtar needs to be NP2 to always kill with her NP. Gong should be able to kill even without bonus damage, but there is RNG so you might need to reroll (scum save): keep in mind that he is lv80 in my setup, so to compensate you need to give him a MLB Kaleido for example.
REGARDING FARMING the level 90+ node (quick guide coming soon):
The best main DPS are in order Vlad, Saito and Medb Saber (with high NP levels) for single target NP looping (I used similar setups in my recent farming guides) with Hokusai being a f2p option without a 6 slot setup.
The best secondary DPS is definitely Nero Bride since she can help the main DPS with looping while clearing the lone mob in room 3.
