Apparently the Nobbu in 90++ node has low Death Resistance, so Servants with IK can clear w1 reliably.
The best Servant for this is Shiki (guaranteed IK), but if you don’t have her you can use Ashiya Douman or Nitocris and deal with RNG…
W2 and W3 should be simple after that.
