Is other skill buffs were goated. This one? He would have at least had this damage years ago if they didn’t gimp his NP Damage in Year 1. Galatea technically is more crit focused, but only because of the synergy she has with Vitch and those 3 Buster Cards. Vlad will do good crits because he just has the stars available.
