Once again Raikou showing what a powerhouse she is: Arjuna Alter may have raw “universal” damage and an NP charge, but Raikou crits, star gen and refund are far more consistent. Moreover, when she has special damage (very often) she is easily the best choice if you can give her the extra NP charge with CEs: we’ll see if things will change with Vitch and Oberon release, but so far I’ve very rarely used Arjuna in a CQ (he has farmed in the last lottery though).
